Quests:
- Added tracking for completed quests to the quest command
- Added descriptions for in-progress quests to quest command
- Completing quests below your level reduces earned XP

Economy:
- Added ability to list and purchase shop items by number
- Enhanced display of shop items to show abnormal enchant status
- Shops are no longer bound by shopkeeper carrying limits
- Multiple items of the same kind can be sold to a shop
- Value of items increases and decreases based on demand
- Brewed, scribed and enchanted items have greater value
- Coins located in bags are treated as spendable wealth

Criminal Justice:
- Jail time may be served while offline at a 10:1 ratio
- New unparole command available for tribunal leaders
- Charming a PC no longer causes them to forget your crimes
- Taking items from unconscious or dead PCs counts as theft
- Wealth and item confiscation no longer take all your stuff
- Being unable to pay fines of any type adds to jail time
- Paying partial fines results in partial jail time
- Reduced chance of bounty NPCs spawning in wilderness
- 100% chance of bounty NPCs spawning at town inns

Movement:
- Recall command (only) transports to town inn instead of portal
- Recalibrated PE regeneration per tick to focus on constitution
- Movement costs are reduced based on high dexterity
- Movement costs are increased based on high carry weight
- Group members automatically update speed to match their leader

Trains:
- Training hit increases HP regen rate in addition to HP pool
- Training mana increases ME regen rate in addition to ME pool
- Training move increases PE regen rate in addition to PE pool
- Apprentice barbarians are now able to train magic resistance

Other Changes:
- Successful magic resistance provides healing to resistor
- Recalibrated levelling curve so low is easier, but high is harder
- NPCs will not dirt kick while training at low levels
- New tool for cleansing dirt from eyes available for purchase
- Added auto reminder option to display adjective and race
- Greet is updated based on last seen instead of last greeted
- Fixed NPCs that could do multiple backstabs when ordered
- NPCs will not walk away or unspawn while under sleep spell
- Delete command not allowed while pulse is racing
- Charmed PCs are limited in what they can do without orders
- Leadership bodyguards will only cast buffs on a commander
- Summoned NPCs will wait a few moments before returning home
- Deep elves get higher stat maximums and reduced light penalty
- Stance provide greater bonuses than previously
- Reduced speed of mastering weapon finesse

Bug Fixes:
- Allowed to withdraw money above 10 gp from bank trust fund
- Fixed taunt to not benefit a swash attacking outside of a group
- Fixed Judge Sabrina to report crimes in her presence
- Fixed so that theft and assault count as separate crimes
- Fixed so that one bodyguard per leadership user is enforced
- Cannot order characters to use secret faction abilities
- Faction abilities will not be triggered while link dead
- Dancing is halted when knocked prone

Previous Unlisted Changes:
- Updated weather system to have a sensible seasonal variation
- Maximum concentration is improved for 25 intelligence
- Rebalanced weapon subtypes

Previous Unlisted Bug Fixes:
- Prone characters are noted when using look
- Crush attack causes characters to become prone
- Swashbuckler can still disarm with only an off-hand weapon
- Check to see if mount is prone when attempting to move

Cumulative tweaks and bug fixes:
- Charm is ended when victim enters an air sector room
- Charm is ended when victim begins to drown
- Charm is ended when victim takes damage from lava room
- Charm victim is free to act normally if caster leaves the room
- Fixed spell-casting items to check for sanctuary and law violations
- Spell affects that cause damage are dispelled when sent to jail
- Fixed crash bug when cabal HQ guards were incorrectly spawned
- Fixed quests to reduce chance of infinite XP due to script errors
- Changed to additive multiplier for economic inflation and demand
- Raised prices for potions and scrolls imbued with spells
- Severely reduced the chance of potions/pills/scrolls evaporating
- Fixed so coins stay in large denominations after shopping
- Increased chance of successfully brewing and scribing
- Ammo items change price at 1/10th normal rate
- Fixed bug involving limits on items allowed in a shop
- Fixed bug where jail time ended immediately in certain cases
- Added paging system for all shop lists
- Increased carrying limit of shopkeepers
- Changed so high level merchandise stays in stock longer
