[Spells help] curse

Syntax: cast 'curse' 

Curse reduces the victim's accuracy and makes them more vulnerable
to hostile magic.  It also renders them unable to recall. 

The spell can be cast directly upon a victim.  This is a hostile casting
and will provoke an attack.  Curse can also be cast on a weapon and
will cause the next victim hit with that weapon to be cursed.
