[Spells help] energy drain

Syntax: cast 'energy drain' 

Energy drain drains the hit points and movement of the victim.  Against 
players, the spell is even nastier as it will also permanently drain the 
victim of a small amount of their life experience.  This experience can
only be regained through use of the restoration spell.
