[Spells help] flamestrike

Syntax: cast 'flamestrike' 
        cast 'flamestrike'  

Flamestrike sends a large bolt of flame from the heavens into the victim. 
On impact the bolt bursts into a spread which will affect others in close
formation to the target.  A flamestrike can also be launched from a short
distance away from the intended target.
