[Spells help] plague

Syntax: cast plague 

Plague is a particularly nasty spell which causes your opponent to contract
a deadly disease.  This will cause them to suffer a slow and painful death,
while the new, highly-contagious disease passes itself on to new victims.
Casting this spell on your opponent is an undeniably evil act.

The spell can be cast directly upon a victim.  This is a hostile casting
and will provoke an attack.  Plague can also be cast on certain items.
If cast on a fountain, the liquid in it will carry the plague for a long
period of time.  If cast on a weapon, the next hit with that weapon will
cause the victim to become plagued.  This type of use fades quickly.
