[Death help] reincarnation

Syntax: reincarnate

Reincarnate is considered the last resort of returning to life.  There is an
experience point penalty to the deceased, which may cause you to lose a level 
shortly after being reincarnated.  The amount lost is variable based on status:

* Initiate to Journeyman: 1/5 of a level penalty
* Veteran to Master: 3/10 of a level penalty
* Champion to Grandmaster: 1/2 of a level penalty

Reincarnate does NOT cause spirit disorientation.
