Cone of cold is another of the elemental spells at the command of a well-
learned warlock.  This allows the warlock to channel the cold of elemental
ice at her victim, causing a great deal of pain and damage.  The cone extends
for some distance and can spread out to hit the victim's entire group. The 
spell can be successfully cast from a range of one room away from a victim so 
long as the caster is located indoors.
