The most common crimes which people are convicted of are attempted theft
and theft, attempted mugging and mugging, and attempted murder, low
murder, and high murder.  Each kingdom has its own law system and its own
law-keepers.  Some are far harsher than others when it comes to punishment
or leniency.

In the event that you are waylaid by criminals, do not kill them.  You may,
however, render them unconscious and inform the local militia.  If you do
kill them or assault them with intent to kill, you may be hunted down yourself.
