[Skills help] siegecraft

Syntax: shoot  

Siegecraft encompasses all the specialized skills required to attack and
defend a fixed fortification.  This isn't a skill common to an adventuring
profession so only those adventurers who have enlisted in certain groups
are given the option to learn it.  Training in this skill unlocks the use of 
the catapult and ballista.  It will have further uses in the future.
