[Cities help] Menegroth
 
Menegroth is a city that, at its core, is regemented and orderly, but the
outskirts and alleys show a much more desperate and dirty underbelly. While 
those of good nature are not prohibited in the city, many of them find the 
caste-style system of status and station contrary to their personal beliefs 
and hasten to escape the kingdom altogether. Those that choose to endure 
the capitol Imperial city often find their way into poverty, prison, or 
slavery as the more powerful forces of the nation push them into submission.
