Syntax: news list --  show all notes
        news read --  to read the next unread note
        news read  --  to read a particular note

News about changes to the Shattered Kingdoms MUD itself and announcements made
by immortals can be found on the news list.  You are responsible for
reading this list, and can be held responsible for knowing the latest updates
as much as if you were told the news directly by an immortal.  Ignorance of
the contents is no excuse, should a question or situation arise.
