Shattered Kingdoms

This is a list of all the changes that have been
made over the last couple of months. There have
also been so many bug fixes that I'm not going
to attempt to list them all here.

New stuff:
- Cabal raid system: see cabal forums for details
- Cabal ciphers for secret communications
- Nospam command to eliminate battle spam
- Arrow slits, barred windows and murder holes
- Blemished laity not allowed to recall
- Tarnish/absolve commands for cabals and tribunals
- Who religion displays online same faith members

Changed stuff:
- Minor lag when eating (especially herbs)
- Can no longer send tells to yourself
- Emotes can use color codes again
- NPCs will wait at judge until all crimes reported
- Skeletons upgraded and given chill touch
- Necromancer receives XP from animates
- Bolt of glory affects old ones and horrors
- Understand spell doesn't work on cabal ciphers
- Cabal recall to best of three different rooms
- Cannot retreat while dancing
- Not allowed to toggle auto newbie until Novice
- Trying to sleep with adrenaline activates rest mode
- Daemon gate and holy word can get you outlawed now
- Faerie fog can not be cast in windy areas
- Constructs cannot be knocked out by headbutt
- Can refocus shots in battle by using shoot command
