New Features:
- Immortal scripting stuff

Bugfixes:
- Steal: New modifiers fixed
- Yell: animals without languages unable to yell
- Throw: missed weapons land in the room
- Sing: only checks for failure every third verse
- Dance: group dance and stop dance messages fixed
- Teach: can teach at beginning of superb now
- Target system: recognizes if you are using powerchord
- Shops: tell you what time they will open
- Rescue/Tumble: cases where it didn't work fixed
- Drop: coins <number> will work now
- Coins: %d coins won't show up when can't carry
- VT: deafness and feeblemind wasn't displayed
- VT: will be updated if character is sneaking
- Mirror image: now causes fighting to start
- Gate spell:  cannot gate out of no-transport rooms
- Summon: failing in no-magic room doesn't reveal caster
- Look: won't see infravision creatures if asleep
- Deathmark: can't be used to determine adjectives
