New Features:
- Loyalty Tokens: Email can be confirmed from the first creation room if you are token eligible
- Loyalty Tokens: Tokens can be spent to permit additional character creation options
- Loyalty Tokens: Score command includes more detailed information about loyalty tokens
- Dual Faction: Characters may now be members of both a cabal and a tribunal simultaneously
- Dual Faction: Cabal/tribunal and cb/tb commands are no longer interchangeable
- Dual Faction: Players with multiple characters may have every character join a tribunal
- Dual Faction: Players with multiple characters are still restricted to one character in a cabal
- Dual Faction: Only one faction leadership position is allowed per player
- Dual Faction: Score command now supports dual-faction membership listing

Changes:
- Who command: Added religion tag seen by other members of your religion
- Who command: Now capable of displaying both a cabal and a tribunal tag simultaneously
- Who command: Tribunal tag (but not cabal tag) is now seen publicly by everyone
- Who command: Paragon status now has its own tag which is seen publicly by everyone
- Who command: New filter options available as specified in the updated help file
- Leadership: Recruit command added to make it easier for a guard to join your party
- Leadership: Order all is now usable with the law guard in your party
- Leadership: Guards will no longer obey orders to cast spells
