New Mentor System:
This is a set of changes designed to support and encourage the mentoring of new characters by those more who have proven themselves to have a fair amount of experience with the game. If you are of Mentor STATUS or above, you are automatically considered a Mentor by the system, although you can opt-out with the mentor command toggle.

Anyone who is Journeyman or below is considered a student who is eligible to be mentored. Only mentors can use the teach command, which is used to teach level, skills, spells and lyrics to eligible students. Training a student is a method for the mentor to earn XP. Teaching can only take place in newbie schools and the Inns. Mentors can now enter their newbie school provided they have auto newbie turned on.

Mentors will be notified of prospective students as they enroll in their newbie schools. Only mentors from the students kingdom will receive a notification, with preference being given to mentors of the same class as the student. Students can also issue a call for a mentor while in their newbie school or at an inn by using the mentor command.

Additional Train Upgrades:
- NPCs can only train certain stats depending on their class
- TRAIN MANA provides signficantly more mana than before
- TRAIN MOVE provides increased movement endurance
- TRAIN ART increases the users technique in the magic arts
- Each class now has a unique max amount of trains per category

Voodoo Modifications:
- Cannot voodoo from notransport rooms
- Caster must be holding the voodoo doll
- Voodoo adds maledictions to the target
- Voodoo damage is the same as before
- Target sees the caster's location
- Caster is temporarily paralyzed
- Caster is temporarily immune to summon
- Caster is temporarily vulnerable to gate

Other Changes:
- All caster-only spells ignore Magic Resistance
- If the spell is cast from an item, the previous does not apply
- Faerie fire and faerie fog upgraded

Bug Fixes:
- Self inflicted damage messages
- Healing undead is not aggressive
- NPCs will no longer walk while sleeping
