make sure with all books that you are typing "read table of contents"

As some books have different commands to read them.

like look page01, look page_01, look chapter1, ect. Table of contents will tell you the commands for that particular book.

Sorry, I TYPOED the stubborn book. Unfortunately, many of the volumes had several typoes/formatting errors within them. It will be [u][b]a lot [/b][/u]of hard work to convert everything over. I didn't go through and send you all the errors. As it was, I spent half the evening just reading.

Maybe, if the original authors are still around, they'd be willing to lend a hand?
