Damage is a factor in concentration. The more damage you receive in a blow, the more it momentarily decreases your concentration. This is why spells like hellfire seem to drop cocentration and make people holding a lot of spells lose one or two. I've made people drop concentration with cleaves I've hit them so hard.

It works with any high damage dealer..magma spray, backstab...ect.

Pure damage, nothing special about the spells or the combat skill.

Color spray can disrupt concentration.

If when you get hit you have a message such as That really hurt! for any spell/attack.
