Ok, I'm pretty sure size affects damage, so does that mean if you're a human and get enlarged to huge size you do more damage? Or if you're a giant and get shrunk, you do less?

Best damage is with a weapon your own size. A giant with a large weapon will do less damage then with a giant weapon. A human with either a large or a small weapon will do less damage then with a medium weapon. Same applies to protection given by armor.

Not what I was asking..If you're a human, and you're size huge with all your eq size huge, you shouldn't get a penalty, but do you do more damage because you're bigger?

You should do more damage, yes.

You do more damage. On the other hand, bigger EQ weights more, so it might affect your defensive skills.
