I wasn't acting like a badass maybe a smartass if being vague with your answers is such. I didn't understand what was being said I got the point of it though yeah She wanted the wrist guards but that wasn't all she said and Her friend didn't seem to care newb lowb or not. Now that I understand the background atleast a bit from what I learnd oocLy is going on icly I don't blame her or him as much but it was still lame also.. A real newb as I said would probably be totaly confused in a situation like that. And that was what the whole point of my post was about. If you couldn't understand that well OK then don't worrie I won't be comeing back to this mud anytime soon to harass people with lowbs like you seem to think either.

I haven't been here a year yet. And my friend, if he played here still, would of had over a year under his belt on this mud. He told me, since he was dark hearted, that he got PK'd and fully junked, on three seperate occasions, by the white hearted. No RP at all, even when he manifested. I don't think the PK is what got to him, it was the lack of this lush RP (Which is why I came here.). I might be a little ignorant to somethings, but to me.. how these things occur, seems like a catch 22. "You're damned if you do, and you're damned if you don't."

But now that I think about it, I noticed some of the people who play here regularly, get offended by how rude a character is. They kill them, and say it would be better for the mud, with out them. My end thought? I think someone needs to grow up, and deal with it. Pick and choose your battles. If you are going to get bent, by how someone RPs, you yourself needs to look at it, in retrospect. You won't ever understand why they RP like that, or have the opportunity to help that indiviual grow here, and learn. IC and OOC are two different things aren't they? The way you think of RP, is going to be totally different from the next indiviual out there who thinks they know what RP is. Are there like RP sheriffs on here or something?

Did anyone notice something about archaicsmurf's post? It happened in Teron's bar, not Exile's. Unless something changed recently. Crossroads Inn doesn't have ANY rules.

Sorry, Dharkk I wasn't commenting on yours. I was commenting on the fact that there he said there is a sign that says no horses and yet, if I remember right there is no such sign in the Crossroads inn. Unless something changed.

Ah, sorry, but there is a sign. Always been there. It says it's written in all 'seven languages' and clearly says keep your animals outside. It's in the desc of the Crossroads Inn.

Long ago in the first age there was Chaos...fighting spread across the lands. Signs were made to bring Order. But in secret, One sign was written in Seven languages to control the others!

I have absolutely no sympathy for people that are losers and quit. Some people rise to the challenge and understand that there are direct and tangible consequences for their actions, others will always cry a river and scream OMGWTFBBQ!!!

If you want to be good at something you eventually will be: you will enjoy something like SK more after learning how things really work.

Come up or get out that's what I say. If you want to quit that just means you're not a strong enough person. Tough love.

"Winners never quit and quitters never win."

That said, any vet will always do anything in their power to bring in new players and help them get their feet wet. This thread is aptly titled.
