That gif is what I see, but I use VT prompt and auto prompt so I have numbers instead of stars and the empty space below the VT section has the standard prompt line.
Also, that VT extend setting looks like the default 24-line setting. It's also legend1. I use a 37-line setting and legend2. I cannot live without VT.
