Yeah, i'm with what Blademasta said.

Make it to where you can use it from in the inventory or give it a new slot. It's already been made to where you cannot use it while in combat. (If it's not already, maybe it can be made to where it dont work if your group is in combat too. That way you couldnt just use it from the third row while fighting something.)

I think it's perfect as it is.
