Weapon speed

Does weapon speed and accuracy effect the success rate of parry, riposte, eparry..?

I believe that weapon speed doesn't matter, and that it is just accuracy of the weapon that increases your chance of parrying.

While we're on it, does reflex increase any of these? Or is it just for magic saves?

Reflex is only for saves, although there are a few non-magical things that can trigger a save.
