Does it also increase probability to land things like blitzkrieg, headbutt, gore, dual backstab, trip, dirt kicking, bash, kick? In addition to lowering the opponents ability to parry, block, and dodge?

Faerie Fire is a great spell, especially for training. I use it all the time!

The best underused spell is the MC's special spell. Then it's fear.

Can anyone answer the questions in the initial post?

Nobody but Dulrik could answer that question, and even then I wouldn't be 100% confident he was right.

Why don't you do some tests and tell us? Try to bash someone 1000 times, then have them faerie fired and try to bash them another 1000 times. Make sure bash is mastered beforehand and no other affects/stances/etc are different between trials.

Should only take a couple of hours.

Assuming we can't choose spells which are not available to current PC options, I think I would go with any of the higher casting time maledictions that don't get the chance to come out to play in protracted PVP encounters.
