Did I even mention blitz? And I wasn't aware of a list already. I'm not sure I worry much if it's ooc (unless I missed something in the help files/forums here.
If there's an IC manual that'd be nifty. Someone should publish that! If only I actually knew the information or some IC weaponmaster wished to provide.... *grins*
