Email Imms Logs help if you know what/why it happened. Be nice and polite you want the Imm reviewing things to not feel like you are against them just you feel are issues with the ruling that was made. Mistakes happen but remember a lot of guilty people will claim mistakes I did nothing wrong etc. This might be true in your case but it might not, remember the Imms would rather be doing something else than dealing with the rules so quick judgements are used probably more often than they should be. It could be that you broke a rule you didnt know about or didnt think the actions you took was breaking the rule. Imms as a general rule are nice until they are given a reason they shouldnt be this is because I am sure they have been taken advantage of more times than you can count the is only so many benefit of the doubt you can give people before you start processing breaking the rules without that. Multiplaying Botting etc are the most common ones people make triggers to do things without knowing they are botting not every breach in the rules is actively malicious but you have to remember there are people who have in the past willfully ignored the rules and acted malicious. If more than one person is playing from the same IP address it looks to the server like someone is Multiplaying it is a good idea to discuss beforehand with the Imms that this is taking place but having failed to do that opening a dialog now is a good idea. If you were using a VPN there is a high likely hood that that address has just been flagged and banned for multiplayer reasons. If you are playing from a "common" internet like a school or a library etc discuss that that is the case. In the situation was more than one person was playing from your IP address good chance that is why the Imm was so quick to punish you in your other post. From the Imms PoV two characters from the same location online at the same time and one doesnt respond in a timely fashion looks a lot like Multiplaying which is one if the harshest punished rules breach if there was another reason to punish you as well then it looks like you are trolling from the Imm PoV. There have in the past been a number of people who play from the same location but they play at the same time it does say somewhere in the rules its best to discuss with an Imm about it before you do it. I think the most commonly broken rule is Adjective and description writing by the level requirement. They are normally dealt with by a single whisper something like Stop what your doing and fix this. If you willfully ignore the request consider how it makes the Imm feel.
It appears from your other post you most likely got banned for botting. Hope you can get this resolved one way or the other if you truly where wronged be patient about your petition for correction.
From looking at your other post and the replies it would appear you did break a rule as far as your name of character. In the process of the review of this you were likely using triggers or such that were considered botting.
