Bad adjectives and disguises include things that would be a matter of opinion. Seductive, sensual, beautiful, plain, ugly, charismatic, etc. All of those are entirely based on opinion and people should not assume that that is how everybody will view them. Words like crafty, omniscient, and other stat based things are also not necessarily something a person could tell by looking at you. Words describing build such as thin, stocky, slender, scrawny, heavy, and so on could be good disguises though not always adjectives. People should remember that weight also tends to change with age. Plus if you hit a point where your character just sits around all the time odds are they'll put on some pounds and lose the muscle.

By the same token, many common adjectives are rendered useless.

What good is a pale character if they're sunburned? Then they'd be bright red.

What about a black-haired character? Heaven forbid their hair should turn grey, or someone should dump powdered sugar on their head.

An ugly character might get a makeover, a slender person might eat too much one day, a fat person might go on a diet. If you want to get facetious you can dispute almost any adjective possible. But we don't, because except for Ilae and Gilgon, we're mature adults. If you play a game, you suspend your disbelief. Get with the suspension already.

Mature? Given some of the things you lot talk about on this site, we're a little under any level that can rightly be called mature.

It was ICly and I didn't yell. I simply said that nobody with eyes could ever possibly find you seductive especially considering you're a complete disgrace to your own race.

*insert sarcasm*
I for one am particular to blind, mute, one-armed, and other such wonderful adjectives.
*end sarcasm*

For whatever perverted purpose people use these type of adjectives, ones that show a handicap of sorts is rather poor form. Mute pople casting spells, blind people finding their way about with ease, one-armed people wielding a two-handed pike...I can suspend disbelief so far. This is another case of RP vs Mechanics/Theme. You can only do so much. Like dragging the whole baby thing back into the game...sheesh.

Adjectives should be a very brief description of a character based off what you can see by looking at them. It can be anything from eye color to body size. If it is in your description then it should be taken as a valid adjective. You should advoid using things that describes how your character behaves because you can not tell that by just their appearance.

As for disguises, if your disguise adjective relates to your characters appearance then it is completely valid. You do not need to change your description everytime you use a disguise to use an adjective, but the best characters I have ever seen have used disguises and description changes together to really confuse the person who is after them. If you have a green eyed character and disguise as a red eyed character so be it. Just remember people will question you for things when your adjective doesn't match your description.

Also keep in mind, don't put clothing in your description or adjective, a well-dressed gnome pc being a good example. There's nothing to say you'll always be dressed, there's nothing to say you'll never be in rags. Some things just don't belong in either one. Adjectives involving hair length can also be in poor choice. If you're bald, you're bald. That's valid as long as they don't have a sudden burst of hair growth later. But take things like long-haired for example. While you can have long hair in your description that doesn't make it a good adjective. Somebody could come up and emote cutting your hair off just to bug you and suddenly your adjective is invalid. You may also need to alter that for RP purposes later on and again you're stuck with an adjective that doesn't apply.
