I have plans for making food more available in that area. There are a few plans in that area that I've still not completed. I'm certain this makes me a bad IMM, but I will finish them soon, I promise.

I actually found the drill sergeant and the food vendor without too much problem when I realized the map for the area is, apparently, outdated. Now I'm just baffled by the fact the priest asks me to clear the rats out of the latrine... And yet constant searching of said latrine reveals no rats (and graffiti I can't seem to read no matter what commands I try). Maybe I'm stumbling across some unfinished stuff?

Regardless, I do like the setup of the area now. Even if those rockbiters are a wee bit on the hand my booty in a sack without breaking a sweat, side.

If you're looking for a latrine you might want to also look for a place where there are a lot of legionnaires...like a barracks. That's what I would do.

There are said places in-game with latrines, but the quest in question may be referencing the old Kytar with sewer rats.

I know of the latrine where I spawned (which is empty), and a lot of legionnaires around, but no dice there. I'll keep on plodding around looking for a bit, but in a worse case scenario...

They're just rats, the soldiers can learn to toughen up and deal.
