No. Since I doubt there's been some sudden new GM shaman, considering they are single-handedly the worst class at leveling, especially once you get to the high levels. But, hey! I could be wrong, it happens all the time.

No, I'm not. I have leveled damn near every class this year. Shamans are the worst.

But, hey! Guess it's different for everyone. Feel free to tell me how exactly you level very fast with a class who gets absolutely nothing except 2 hits with an axe, without e.damage. Shamans are the only class in the game that don't get 3 attacks or more, and don't have a single target high damage spell. Call lightning is great, but there's a total of 1(maybe 2) leveling area where you can actually use it effectively.

Tanking doesn't matter for leveling(every class can tank in some way, shape, or form). All you need for leveling is damage output(which is the only category shamans are dead last in). Refresh is nice, but shamans don't really benefit from it while leveling, like a paladin does. Oh, my mistake, I suppose you could use frenzy. That's pretty helpful for leveling(at least it was as a paladin).

I edited it. It doesn't matter, because EVERY class can do it. And that's without having to hold up a spell.

Heavy armor class? Go buy glistening tanso. 90% of everything will bounce off till you hit master+. Light armor/caster? Once you get past like level 15(or sooner if necessary), go buy a pet.

So, tanking does not matter for leveling. At all.

SH is a Shaman's best friend for leveling. It is helpful to have someone else to pull for you.

Yes, SH is awesome for leveling. But...Other classes can level easier without having to find a warlock or something to draw for them. And there are only a few areas(high level ones) where it's safe -and- possible to draw in like 10 NPCs.
