The following NPCs all spawn in the same room
    A graceful male human is here.
    A crooked-nosed male human is here.
    A white-haired male human is here.
    A smoky-bearded dwarf is here.

And are all flagged as aggro. They spawn in a room called "the bloody knuckle" - I have submitted a bug log on this room for the KD - a bar that is meant to be in the "rough" part of town. Normally the door is closed and they NPCs don't wander. However if the door is opened they slowly flow out into the streets and wander around, spreading their hate. Rather than remove their aggro status, I think just having them not wander would be a better idea. If you walk into a bar in a bad part of town with 4 mean drunks, you deserve to get the beat down put on you. Hence the old lesson of looking before you enter a room.

I personally have never run into this NPC, and I actually frequent the glassblowers. Anyhow, Rennus is mostly correct, but I did not realize the NPCs wandered. I just assumed it had tracked someone there. So now they shouldn't be doing anymore wandering.

Also, you went in there and fought them for nothing. That bar doesn't even sell anything. I'll get around to that eventually.

Hey, can you fix the asymmetrical rooms near the Bank? There's a cluster that doesn't map out properly. Nicely mapping rooms should be a standard in starting cities.
