I think re-rolling prior to finishing creation means you didn't create the character in the first instance. If you're RPing with a bunch of people then that's a bit different though, since you're creating an impression that the character has certain traits and there is no normal ability to change those traits if you play by the rules (class, alignment, etc).

You are making an impression on the world as soon as you "enroll in training" or whatever the message is from the trainers for new characters to mentors. And if I recall, you can't attrib or score until after you have picked a kingdom. Hence at the most technical level, its illegal. If anyone got punished for this, I am not sure I would laugh or cry.

EDIT: I stand corrected, you can do score as soon as you pick a race, but attributes isn't available until after you pick a kingdom.

PS: I don't really care either way, I just like loop holes.
