I often ICly refer people to help files. Something along the lines of if you want help on that perhaps thinking on *X*. It works for most things. If there was a help file about multiple item selection then we could refer them to it ICly. I also use a similar line for trying to convince people to use commands, write descriptions and apply adjectives. Sometimes you have to word your sentence a little funny to get the right word. Can not use *describe* it has to be *description*.

I have updated the look/examine and drop/get/give/put/take helpfiles to demonstrate the syntax for dealing with multiples. I have also added help syntax which explains it a little bit more. Take a look. Let me know if it helps.
