I think that I've added a few refresh potions, but I'm sure there could be more added elsewhere.

That's nice to know, the only storebought ones I've ever known of come from a certain village that's hard to get into. ;/

A <race here> <class here> training PE is as wise as a cabal-free griffon barbarian training art.

Even if barbarians were allowed to train art (they can't), that statement still wouldn't be true. Some of you veterans refuse to update your notions based on changing circumstances. PE is useful not only for actual movement but also for skills. You get a LOT more PE per train than you used to. The only limit on the number of extra training sessions you can potentially earn over the life of your character is your maximum age.

This is the newbie forum, not the twink forum. How about giving advice that will actually make the game more fun for new players?

Taking you up on the challenge D...

Take people's advice, but don't not do something just because someone here tells you it's not the best way to min / max your character. Sometimes making mistakes and doing things 'wrong' can be a hell of a lot of fun and often times, the best way to learn. Personal experience is far, far better than anecdotal experience of other people.

As a new character, I can easily see how training PE could be very useful.

Hey, for many other characters, I can also see training PE as a viable build.
