Neither have I. I've heard of the Bloody Knuckle, and actually wandered Menegroth in almost it's entirety, looking for random trainers. I never came across it or wandered in. I'm kinda' glad I didn't now, lol!

I would say bug log it if you think it is that confusing. But I did take a look at briefly and I must say I don't really see what you mean. The only thing I can think is maybe it would not seem to map out properly because no one room is a standard size?

Yeah, I threw it in the general batch I tossed up back when I mapped Menegroth. There's a patch near the bank that doesn't grid out quite well, and I've never liked the standard size argument.

Non-standard sized rooms should use non-standard named exits, just on principal. It's easy enough to do.

Have you ever noticed how walking the wilderness takes away more physical energy then walking around a city? Wonder why?

ever notice how moving on mountains is different from roads is different from cities?


maybe its the terrain, not the distance?


also, renny's right, that technically has nothing to do with this situation :P

A certain item spawns in "The bloody knuckle" that many folks likely want, so someone was probably just there looking for it.

Whatever logs there were about it must have been fixed or tossed by the previous KD, sorry.

It is actually a lot easier to make a regular east-west exit than a non-standard named type exit, also. And it still wouldn't map out correctly it seems like, despite that. The non-standard size is just a feature of the game. The only thing I see here that is really worth the time to fix, is that the map on the site is totally outdated. And I can't fix that anyway. I will try to remind someone to fix it though.
