You don't stop hitting things just because you are a grand master. The trains will still aid in your regeneration as well as add to your pool.

Moves trains help with regen while training. But the max moves, and the regen, are most important at GM when you want to run around the world in between fights.

If you plan to sit around and never adventure alone your build truly does not matter. Therefore you may as well build appropriately. A character who has max moves will be so significantly better at moving around the world alone that you are actively choosing to gimp yourself if you do not take them.

Move trains are amazing, as pat said, if you are playing a physical class, try to get in all the move trains, you will notice a difference and the increased regeneration is fantastic. I know on my scout, maxed Dex and con with I believe 5 or 6 move trains I move better now then I did before my age tick, it's nice being able to jog everywhere and not get tired.

Honestly, the biggest thing that's draining your PE is mood aggressive. Being mood aggressive when getting 4 or more attacks per round will absolutely murder your PE. You may want to try stance neutral for training unless you don't mind resting a lot in between fights.
