I do not believe anyone is debating that there is or isnt luck involved. Haveing a 3% chance or haveing a 50% chance both come down to luck and randomness in the end, but its the difference in the rate that people are concerned about.

Your sample frames are all deeply flawed. You need to attempt ten thousand casts under the exact same conditions before you should even think about drawing any conclusions at all.

This percent, that percent, this number, that luck... the bottom line is that we do not know and that such a state is intended by design. There could even be measures in place to do nothing more than obfuscate attempts to test the system. You do not know.

You know nothing.
