You tried it either in a non law area, or with no-one around to report you (NPC). You should become a professional tester!
First I would just like to point out your general attitude in this Newbie Help forum is rather uncalled for.
You are also wrong on both accounts of your assumptions, juggernaut. I hesitate to call you any demeaning names, but obviously the experiment was undertaken in a lawful area, and there was at least one other person to witness in order to conduct a successful test.
We went through a series of testing with a bard successfully persuading two different victims to act against each other, and the bard, as well as noting the differences of successes and failures of the persuasions during the experiment.
Again, I will stand by with my conclusion that under proper usage persuasion does not break the law. Your failure to comprehend the simplest mechanics of persuasion is astounding, and in order to prove your point you resulted to more name calling, which wasn't unexpected in itself. But in the end, you are your own worst enemy, juggernaut.
