Does bouses 'to hit' from weapon enchantments/spells affect skills like dirt kick, disarm, trip etc.? I could see it both applying or not applying, and was curious and thought I would ask. |

Whether it applies or not depends on the individual skill. Most skills that you use to hit creatures use it. Disarm isn't attacking a creature. |
