No, it only prevents from spells being saved against or resisted. It does not increase damage output, cost of spell, duration of spell or anything else. |

It does not increase damage output, cost of spell, duration of spell or anything else. It just affects saves not magical resistance. And in a way it does increase the average damage of spells by making them saved less thus landing the full hit more often. |
