What you need to do is make use of the mentor system. Go to your home town, stand in the inn or newbie area and type 'mentor'. Even if the person you get isn't a priest they should be able to offer you some advice and name a few priests you can seek out. You can also just look for priests on the who list and ask them for help in an IC manner.

It can take awhile sometimes. When I made my last shaman it took me a very long time to find help in locating spells and things. You just have to have patience.

While I've not played a spellcaster yet, I do believe it would be prudent, if the mentor system isn't working for you, to go to as many of the NPC's in Nerina as there are many that are trainers, that may not seem to be. Open all doors you can, go in, type train and see if one can help you. Not sure who to direct you to specifically, but there are more than just the one priestess there. Good luck. :D

Not just Zhenshi. Follow the roads and signs to other cities and explore. There are a good deal of priest spells that aren't offered in Nerina, but are offered in other kingdoms. You should also, during exploration, find libraries and other places to learn languages if you can't find a teacher. All but 1 language can be easily found at NPC teachers.

While I certainly support helping new players, its time that Juggalomage start to find his own way in the world of SK without resorting to help on the forums.

Look around. Go to cities. Type train and list everywhere you go, and go in every room. Ask people in character. Use tells. Enjoy.

That is true. Back in time getting your skills to better than (good), you had to do some serious search and travelling.
Take some time and RP with elder priests or you can choose the old way if you like.

Priests still need advance resurrection trainers.
Resurrection should be an easy to find spell since it aids other players and not themselves. Actually I refuse to bring anyone back with my priest until the trainer comes to find me instead 8)

I did help you, but it seems you did not pick up that Elspeth was a player that if you send them a tell they would probably mentor you. I guess I should have been a little more exact with what I told you but I was 5 min from bed and I had people bugging me for help else where on the mud. Sorry for dropping the ball for you. When I see you again Ill offer what help I can but your alignment and your "friends" (other newbies alignments) make it hard for my char to help you directly.
