When the message appears that tells you relations have changed how do you see what the changes are? Indeed, in general how do you find out what the relations are with other areas |

For a player in a tribunal/cabal, a list of commands can be shown by entering tribunal with no argument, or cabal with no argument. The command you're looking for in this case is tribunal diplomacy. |
