How does one practice "rapid shot" up? I can't seem to get past "good." Thanks for any enlightenment on the subject.

You need a weapon fast enough to practice it.

How do you know if a weapon is fast enough?

Use the compare command. You can compare weapons and armor. If you compare weapons, it outputs which is better in three aspects: damage, speed, and accuracy.

And remember that archery has two components. The bow and the arrow :P

So to improve on Rapid Shot, you need to find the fastest bow type you can lay your hands on, and use the fastest arrow type you can fletch.

Then just shoot stuff. Lots of stuff
