I know there are racial max for the 6 main stats. And I beleive I read also that there is a max number of times you can train "art" based on your race. However, I was wondering if the same was true for HP, mana, and move? It does not specify if there is a max in the help files for "train".

Yes, there are maximums for hp and mana based on class. I presume for move also, but it's such a waste of attribute points, I doubt anyone has tried it.

And max art is determined by your class as well.

I think that's an outdated assumption.

1) Training move even once can help you a lot getting around as a newbie (see one of the other ongoing newbie threads).
2) Movement is more important than it used to be for fighting.
3) Stat trains are not a finite resource anymore. It's possible to make up any trains in movement through mentoring.

I'm not sure about that. I've got a two-year character, and even though I've made a conscious effort to mentor, I've only gotten two mentor points. :-?

Then again, I suck.

It's not TOO outdated, D. Sure, move is better than it used to be, but I'd still never pick training move above picking a stat or hp. (and this is after trying it a few times)
