You cant rally unless your in a group
Your cant duel unless your not in a group.

So. You should be able to rally while in a duel.
OR.. be able to create a group while in a duel because you cant invite
while in combat anyway.. so whats the harm done? Eh? Eh? Eh?

But no. No typing 'group Super Awesome Happy Fun Time' while dueling.

However, if i've totally MISSED something, which is usually the case,
please be so curteous as to enlighten the newb. Thanks.

You don't really want me to examine this closely. Rally was originally only supposed to work if you were in a group with other people.

You should also remember to disband your group as soon as you create it to rally cry - you will notice some slight differences in your melee if you look closely depending on what weapon you are using and whether or not you are in a group - you are always better off being ungrouped.
