So here's a question:

If you have an item and on the desc, nor in any loring do you find any hint to words or anything that may provide you with an idea it's scripted, is there still a possibility it could be?

It's certainly possible. There's nothing that enforces that a builder give an item a clue to a scripts keywords.

shouldn't loring an item at least do so?

I thought that was one of the points of the lore ability.

Do Nephrite Talismans have lore to say the two words?

Because she tells you them as soon as you get one anyway...

Personally I would typo log any item that was scripted that didnt have a GM high cha bard lore for its script word. From where the item is found. Some items are not going to have lore because no one has gotten around to writing one for them. So it might not be there unintentionally. There are going to be some items that have their key words else where.

It could be that the builder had other means in mind of having a keyword discovered (a quest, or combination with other objects, or something) but yeah, you should typo log it because it could be an oversight.

As wert already said, some keywords are hidden in books, spoken by NPCs when you do a quest to gain the item or in other forms and not in the "lore" of the item. Also, don't forget that some keywords require a GM bard with the lore skill mastered to be revealed.
