Title says it all. Will I see a notable decrease in the order lag by increasing my charisma with stat trains? I'm at sociable now... and the lag is mesurably long. I don't want to waste trains into something that won't give a real return. Any help or suggestions is appreciated. - N_G |

If trying to decrease order lag via CHA, mod it. Training CHA is pretty much only useful for leveling, and those points can be spent on other things. |

Charisma points do help, but it takes a lot of them to make a difference. Spending 3 trains will only decrease your lag half a round or so, with diminishing returns. I'd talk to a mentor of your class, to see if there's something else that would be more valuable. Not every pet class cares about quick orders equally. Scouts in particular have a perfectly fine auto-attack they can use when lagged. |

For a scout, quick orders are a must. And considering scouts aren't going to be in the front row, they SHOULD want as much charisma as they can for that bonus to levelling. I'd also suggest that quick orders are a must for a sorc/necro. For a hellion, not so much. |

If you do the hall of creation well enough you can max 3 stats with a scout, nearly a fourth, and still have enough points to max your HP as well. It's worth it for leveling and order lag. Wearing resists is always better than wearing stat mods. |

I've never actually managed to max hp. I'm a little more concerned with other stuff, I guess. |

Every bit helps. I like how a cap was actually put on HP, now that there's no worry about stacking HP with all 28 points, it shifts focus to other stats which is kind of cool. Scouts max at 12 HP trains anyways, which leaves you with 16 spare points, plenty to max a couple other stats. |

Cha's important for Necros too! Don't forget them! They're a 'pet' required class. *cough*. Sort of. Get your cha up to a decent level (I like to put mine at influential just to be safe, Cha mods CAN sometimes be hard to come by, or if you need the slots for something else, like will or what not, it's not fun to mod cha). |

A giant's max charisma score will have order 'lag' of roughly 2 combat rounds. A human's max gives a little bit more than 1 round. Anything more gives less than 1 round, that is, another action is possible in-between rounds. Most pets have cooldowns, so ordering the same pet consecutively most likely doesn't work. |
