Does fatigue last longer than the actual spell that caused it, or shorter, or the same? Also, how much con do you lose, the equal amount as you've gained from the spell, or less, or more?

I demand answers!

No idea on the constitution part, but I was under the impression that fatigue lasted for twice as long as the spells casted on you lasted. I could easily be mistaken.

My understanding was, haste lasts 5 ticks, you get 10 ticks of fatigue, if you had 5 ticks of gs too, that's 20 ticks of fatigue. No idea how it stacks, though I don't think it like resets/doubles like SD does.

I believe Dulrik stated that fatigue lasts a time equal to the maximum effect that spell would last at GM.

For instance, if you had a GM giant strength cast on you, and it lasts 15 minutes, you'll have 15 minutes of fatigue.

If you have GM giant strength cast on you, and it gets cancelled after 10 minutes, you'll still have 15 minutes of fatigue.

If you have journeyman giant strength cast on you, and it only lasts 5 minutes, you'll still have 15 minutes of fatigue.

And the fatigue affect is cumulative. 3 stacks of GS = 45 minutes of fatigue.

Those numbers are arbitrary of course, but that's my understanding of how it works. I'm also fairly sure fatigue = -1 CON for each spell stacked.

Hmm...I honestly was pretty sure I noticed the fatigue from the CoN guards wearing off a lot faster than the fatigue from getting hasted/gsed by a high level PC. I of course, could be imagining things, it wouldn't be a surprise. >_<

Maybe we can have Dulrik confirm this?

I think Sypher had it 99% correct, apart from the CON.
I'm quite certain no matter the strength of the spell, you recieve a -2CON with each fatigue stacked.
