If I remember right (which could easily be wrong), the hoof slot wasn't an armor slot. So does it do anything aside from giving a spot to put leet enchantments on the horseshoes? |

I'm pretty sure horseshoes count as armor just like boots do. Unless they've been built incorrectly perhaps. |

Based on the values I was looking at, I think they have the same AC values as normal boots. |
