I have taken a fair sized break from SK recently and for the life of me I cannot remember as to whether art enhancements has any impact upon healing type spells. I figured I'd put this in newbie help, as it might help anyone else with the same curiousity. This may seem like a ridiculous question but humor me if you will.... |

Art affects only things that have saves(willpower, fortitude, reflex). Healing spells cannot be resisted with any of these saves, so art has no affect on them. |

No. Spellpower helps you get around saves like fortitude, will, and reflex. Since healing is not affected by these, it does not help. |

What about magic resistance? Doesn't art have any impact on that? (Yes, I know only about 0.001 % of the playerbase uses it, but I'm curious) |

random numbers indeed. The playerbase is not vast enough for 0.001 of us to use it so ... Oh, nevermind me. Art does not do squat for MR. The only thing art does is increase the chances for your spells that offer a saving throw to resist, to fully land vs those saving throws. Anything and everything else is unaffected by art, to my experience. PS: There have been discussions that art does not affect the chance for dispel magic or holy word dispel to land (dispel is willpower to resist), but this remains unconfirmed. |
