Not an important question, but what decides your handiness? I have -always- come out being left handed and I'm just curious. |

I'm pretty sure it's a random roll, but I've noticed that greybies tend to be either, darkies tend to be left handed, and lighties tend to be right. Maybe I'm off in my assumptions, but it has at least seemed that way. |

I thought it was opposite of RL - mostly left-handed, every now and then right handed. |

Right handed never seems to happen. I've seen it so very rarely. |

Over all my characters, it really seems 50/50. Half of them have been right handed the other half not. My guess is that it is completely random. |

I must be oblivious. I never cared. I especially hate having areacheck tell me to pick one for NPCs. Does it make any difference at all? |

Just when you lob off arms, for example, for a left-handed dude, lobbing off the right will still make him hold on to his two-handed pike. |

That sounds like a bug, not a reason to change the way we set handiness. |

Well, a more fitting example of why it matters could then be the difference of whether you lob off sword-arm or shield-arm. T'was just an example of why handiness matters. |
