I wanted to know if it would be acceptable to RP stat mods. For example a giant has an INT of dim but when he has mods on he is smarter? |

I would go so far as to say it is good RP, but that is just my tastes. |

Just be careful. People tend to hate "flawed" characters. Especially when they've got it in their head that any member of a certain class/race/cabal/religion should act a specific way. |

For example a giant has an INT of dim but when he has mods on he is smarter? I don't just find it acceptable. I think any player should do it. And not only the mods but the base stats too. I find this one of the most difficult things and most amusing at the same time. Not everyone can rp a dynamic charisma or a moronic intelligence character. I had so much fun rping my sagacious/almost dim (smart 1) barb. It was a true challenge. |

For example a giant has an INT of dim but when he has mods on he is smarter? Or another example, would be a griffon barbarian that is dim and a baffoon to begin with and then has a feeblemind land. . . ah yes. Those were the days. . . dumber than a post. Posts know not to go running around Morea blindly. Thankfully the character with her was high level and highly amused despite being fairly run down by the demons down there. By all means, RP your stat mods, the drunkenness, being charmed. The good, along with the bad. |

The sparrows in my neighborhood are dumber than bags of sawdust, but that doesn't keep them from flying around. I think being 'fatigued' would have more of an influence on griffon flight. |
